Main steps

1. Welcome & briefing
   • Introduction of the jury, rules reminder, equipment distribution.
2. Blind tasting
   • Several wine flights (sparkling, white, red) to analyze.
   • Identification (grapes, regions, vintages) and sensory analysis.
3. Additional challenges
   • Theory questions, wine knowledge, reasoning and argumentation.
4. Social time
   • Meal and exchanges between teams, jury, and partners.
5. Results & awards
   • Ranking announcement, feedback, photos and closing.

What to prepare

• A valid student card (or certificate)
• Suitable attire (competition day + official moments)
